Does Lip Sync Matter If there Is No Sound?
Added 2016-05-17 11:27:12 +0000 UTCI thought I'd ask this here too since you guys matter the most. Would it bother any of you if the lip sync wasn't there, since there are no VA's for it at the moment anyway?
I'm creating custom speech bubbles, and I wanna know if retaining it is worth the effort.

It would also depend on the shot -- a close-up, direct shot of someone's face as they're talking and a side-angle shot of someone speaking in a more zoomed-out perspective are two different beasts.
