The sounds of voices carry on the mountain wind, jostling the trees along the path leading to the palisade. With a series of catwalks providing an eagle view over the sea of surrounding forests these local barbarians have grown as well established as they are bold
It seems like every day now a raiding party is sent out from their gates towards the local villages and towns of the area to extract a grizzly toll. This frequency has led to many hired adventurers being sent towards the encampment to put an end to it by the word or the sword, with none yet succeeding, and many joining their ranks.
Perhaps this time it will be different, or so the villagers hope...
