Added 2020-07-27 15:40:44 +0000 UTCReally hoping to be able to add some new features to Patreon soon. I've wanted to set up figure drawing photos and eventually figure drawing sessions. Currently, I don't have the space for it, but I'll be working on it over the next few months. We're trying to move things around to give me an area to work in!
Other than that I know some people have talked about prints and merch. I've wanted to do this, but have also had to research the logistics of it. I'm happy to give away polaroids I've accumulated, but for prints, stickers, etc, I'm working on making the right images with those products in mind. Recently I made a few puzzles that are for sale up on astridkallsen.com/shop I'm excited for those! The graphics came out so beautifully. The puzzles range from chill to tricky. I recently did a few puzzles. I didn't like them as a child, but find them relaxing and fun. I like brain teasers, and, like with modeling, I had to think about how these shapes fit with the color and lighting.
Of course more self portraits! I have so many!! I'm on the fence about digging into an intensive fantasy edit or some light retouching. I still have so many photos from Ireland to edit. It was a beautiful place, but strikingly similar to home in some ways. The more I hike in Georgia, the more I feel reminded to Ireland (although with less sheep)
