So far this has been the best birthday. I'm in a good place in my life. I've been working hard the last few years to all my life. My mental health has gotten to a pretty good place with therapy and medication. My coping skills, life balance, etc have come together a lot. Nothing is perfect. I obviously don't get enough sleep or take enough breaks but those are things I'm ready to work on for myself. I'm excited for the next part of faith in myself my life and I'm looking forward to what is next. Though I'm trying to remember to have reasonable expectations since I'm prone to delusions of perfection and becoming disappointed. But I know this about myself. I know to expected the unexpected and enjoy the ride life takes me on. I'm not saying I'm cured but I've reached a huge personal goal. That gives me a lot of faith in myself
