Over time the Strawberry Legion adopted many different roles for its clones, like e.g. big reconnaissance Emmas. You might say, that a 65ft tall giantess isn't very stealthy, but she is trying her best to blend in with the envivronment. Plus, the top of her head makes an ideal vantage point for her commander to take a look at their surroundings.
Like all Big Emmas she can also carry a squad of up to 12 Emmas in the various pockets of her uniform (or other nooks anc crannies ;) ) but usually she's accompanied by less Emmas. Bonus points if you can spot all the smol ones in this picture!
