2018-06-05 18:22:20 +0000 UTCYeah, it's meant to be creepy; Dr. Tiff is not the most emotionally stable character. As for who is dangling, it's made to keep the head obscured and breasts wrapped down so that it can be used with any character. With one variation with darker skin for female Reese.
