The Lockwood where the one that took advantage of it the most by getting most of the vampires' property, sharing them with other memebers of the founding families, like the ipothecary was Perl and Anna's property, and then got taken by the Gilbert family as the land around the Lockwood house got taken by the Lookwood family etc.
