What kind of change will be the first to affect our poor wife to be?

Physical:
Example: getting more feminine overall, breast or bum growing, hair color change etc.
Mental:
Example: Feminine Mannerisms, Submissiveness, sexual orientation etc.
Appearance
Example: Cosmetics (including fake nails, eyelashes, etc) and Clothes & Underwear change
I'll as for suggestions later about the changes in particular,
but first I want to know the kind of change that will take place c:

I like the idea of the character acting differently first before the physical changes, so his friend has some confusion and surprise as the body begins to match the behaviour.
