The guy is obviously looking for a costume at the last possible time,
but the shop owner just happens to have one last costume available! such luck!!!

My suggestion would be a black, patent leather/PVC/latex bondage Catwoman costume, with built in restraints and zippers in all the right/wrong places, that some other party-goers might make use of, but I also like the suggestions above of French Maid, Jessica Rabbit, Latex Gothic Lolita, (original) Lara Croft and Ruby Rose, because the costumes are utterly feminine, revealing, and stereotypically eye-candy. Cammy is the same, but I think the costume is too revealing for even a feminine guy to pull off. It should be a costume that is designed to attract the attention of guys, and says, "I want it," which will interfere with him chasing his girl (or maybe she likes to watch a little guy on guy action as a warm-up).
