Live updates starting for v0.21

I've begun the live updates for the next version of the game since the 0.20 version seems to be stable already and it's a short month. This one I'm starting off with a buff to the Ice Blade spell (which I accidentally published with a bug fix on the current version) and one new scene.
There should still be one new drawing on it's way in the next few days and one more drawing hopefully before the end of the month. The second drawing will likely be another splash image for the game. So, there's something to look forward to.
