2023-10-08 17:25:34 +0000 UTCI think the tier you’re at is the number of votes you have. So the highest tier has 5 votes in total to choose whomever 5 they want to win. You might be voting for too many characters.

2023-10-08 12:33:44 +0000 UTCBut for me, the case is that I can't vote for all the characters I want: for example, I can't vote for Juri and Loona at the same time ; even if I can vote for several characters in the same pool. I don't know if I'm clear in my explanation 😅
