Wiana - Nauli Kria
Added 2025-05-14 14:00:03 +0000 UTCEvery time I see Wiana do this, I’m amazed. When I had her show it off to Georgia Brown the first time they met, she was flabbergasted, too.
Wiana can work her muscles like that, i guess by trial and error.
But there is a yoga practice called Nauli Kria which uses similar technique just more structured.
And that looks freaky AF.

I still have not figured out how to do something picture wise with this particular skill of Wianas, but I will at some point!
