Patreon exclusive story -- August 2025: voting time!
Added 2025-08-14 10:10:24 +0000 UTCHello hi hello! It's time yet again to vote on which prompt I'll write out for y'all :)
Here is the usual (copy-pasted) reminder of how this whole thing works:
Each month, the patrons in the Fledgling and Young Bird tiers get to put forward prompts for the monthly exclusive. The prompts are then voted on by the Hatchling, Fledgling, and Young Bird patrons (meaning, y'all who're reading this), with the Fledgling and Young Bird patrons getting two votes (there'll be a separate poll for their second vote); the prompt that gets the most votes will get written out as a short story. (In case of a tie, I'll pick.)
This month you have four prompts to choose from!
Slam Dunk -- A 3rd stringer on the HS boys basketball team decides to pretend he’s trans so he can make the girls’ team instead. He discovers girls are better athletes than he is, but as he bonds with them he realizes there’s a reason he wanted to join the girls that had nothing to do with athletic success.
Testing the Waters -- She was worried enough about how her family would react to her being trans that she went the route of transitioning - both socially and medically - in college and boymoding when she went home to visit. But when something on her family's social media makes her think that her younger sibling might be queer too, she decides that coming home for the summer is the perfect time to check her parents' reactions to queerness and make sure her sibling is safe in their home.
Noblesse Oblige -- A family of European nobles, known for their unusually tall and stylish ladies, are seeking to rise even further in the pecking order by having their oldest son marry an eligible princess from the royal line. However, the heir seems strangely reluctant to take his rightful place as a male consort, and the duchess dearest is starting to plot whether the only way upward might be to present her child in a prettier form.
I’m Definitely Not Trying to Get Cursed by That Witch Everyone Warned Me About -- Robin definitely isn’t sneaking out at night to provoke the witch who curses “rude young men” into being girls. Any loud bragging speeches about women’s inferiority, or suspicious loitering near her cottage is purely coincidence. And if she shows up a and curses him… well, that’s on her he definitely didn't want that.
Vote for your favourite! The poll is here behind this link, and it'll automatically close three days from now, at 12:00 noon CEST on Sunday, August 17th. Hard deadline, so don't be late.
And thank you for all your support :)
