From a city centre park what would get there first Ambulance? Or helicopter? They would have to be just flying around? Waiting for some drama! Which is not how it works...and one came from oxford!?! Also police asking people not to share the videos they have why?? Ive seen the vid of the prick getting arrested and for a man who has just gone on a kill crazy rampage!!
