I think the only opening you haven't seen is #5, which you can watch on Episode 60. As for the endings, I can't remember if you've missed any (besides the current one, which is still NOT safe to watch).

Basically, when another opening starts, that's a green light for you to go back to the previous one Uhhh, episode 79's probably got that opening. You can also watch the previous ending, ending 7 (the one with Carla and that image of Happy at the end, it's also on episode 79)
