Chapter 27 - Beaver Dammed

To start, I want to say Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone. A great big thank you for the patience and support you've given us this year; we appreciate it, and it couldn't have been easy being that patient. The past few months haven't been kind to EO and me. Anyway, my grandmother has recovered, EO's foster mother is stable and strong, and my stepfather is out of the hospital but still recovering, and he's actually behind me resting while I make this post. He gave us quite the scare and we're still not out of the woods yet.

Chapter Update

~2k renders, 30 animations (Rounded off)

~5 H-scenes

-Added a "previously on MTWY" segment at the beginning of the most recent chapter and will continue to do so at each succeeding one.

My read-only run-through came to about 2 hours and 10 minutes.

It was a fun chapter to make, mostly because there was more weight and worry with the past two. I was mostly anxious about the pacing of having too much going on, but you be the judge.

Balanced screen time between the cast while setting up new subplots/arcs and concluding a few ones.

What's next?

As I've told, I've been writing a whole lot recently. Compiling and sorting it into storyboards, so it's safe to assume that the next couple of chapters will come much faster and also since it'll focus on a single LI too. Finish the chapter, then get back to me. Also, all that writing and plotting made me realize even more that all the twists and turns would be unveiled in Book 3, so that means Book 4 is just one giant epilogue.

I'll be replacing the tier names and adding a new tier soon. For the new one, I'm thinking about the possibility of collaborating in writing an offscreen chapter with me as a tier reward; with restrictions of course, I want to hear your thoughts.
