Loved this one - I think the first time I’ve seen you so unsure and curious as to how it was made. Haven’t listened to this in years but was so good to be reminded of the album. My 6 month old daughter loved it too - she lay on the ground in quiet rapture :D

2024-06-16 03:27:59 +0000 UTCHi Mr Six, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to listen to the album I recommended. I apologize for the late reply, but it truly was an honor to hear you mention my name in your video. I've been a longtime fan of your channel and have enjoyed your reactions immensely. I've actually been recommending Tech N9ne's 'Special Effects' for the past two years on your channel because I think you'll love it. The album has such a unique blend of styles and powerful tracks that I believe will resonate with you. Looking forward to your thoughts on it! Thanks again for all your great content.

2024-06-15 18:27:49 +0000 UTCSo glad you did this album. Madlib is actually a very good jazz musician and has a lot of aliases (Joe Mcduphrey for example). He has a whole jazz band called Yesterday’s New Quintet that’s made up of these fictional musicians, they’re all him
