Fullmetal Alchemist is one that I've been wanting to check out for some time now. Looks like we're going with that :)

It was the #1 highest rated anime for YEARS on MAL, only now beaten by Frieren, and it actually has a decent dub... It's 64 episodes. Because you like Pro Wrestling I think you'd actually love Kengan Ashura, it has all sorts of martial arts and even a pro wrestler character... Otherwise I'd also love to see reaction to one of the big three, "Bleach", but I'd much prefer subbed for that one. For non-fighting/non-shonen type shows, I'd be interested in Violet Evergarden (like 12 episodes) or Mushishi (26)
