Hi everyone,
I've been offline for a month working on big projects behind the scenes that I wasn't able to do while making my usual video content. But I'm back!
I have 20 tutorials recorded (with many more on the way) and will be uploading 1 tutorial here every day for the next 10 days.
There's more to tell you, but I'll leave it here for now.
See you soon,
X

In this video I'll show you the weak way to tie it, and a MUCH stronger way to tie it. In order to teach this confidently, I tested both methods against 45lb weights. The strong version was able to pick up TWO no problem. The weak version collapsed before picking up even one of the weights.
