Okay, Foundation Establishment and what I know about it: -Immediate x5-x10 power boost from before -It's still considered a "beginner" realm of cultivation to some degree -Capacity for Qi increased by a lot -Qi condenses and becomes more efficient - Plus 100 years added lifespan -it's the metaphysical "foundation" that "holds" the rest, so if you rush or cheat to progress, and the foundation becomes unstable, it will cripple their future potential and make progress impossible -Able to fly without magic tools, but magic tools are way faster and energy efficient, so it's still better -I THINK they don't need to eat or sleep or breathe anymore at this realm, maybe at core formation -from now on all the realms are divided into three: early/mid/late + peak or false (f.e., the next realm is core formation, so the peak of the late stage of foundation establishment is sometimes called "false core")
