The DeLuca Family 0.06.6 Release (Public - French And German Translation)

This is simply a translation addition.
The translation was done a month ago but I delayed it because I wanted it to merge with some other translations. But due to some complications that plan didn't go as I wanted.
French translation provided by our fantastic In.
German translation provided by our new translator - keks.
DO NOTE; Choices are not translated in German. That is not Keks fault but a bug that we're trying to iron out.
