Better Ocean Monuments for 1.19 (Forge/Fabric)

The Fabric version might work with 1.19.1, not sure. The Forge version requires using a version of Forge before 41.0.64.
Note that this version will not receive any more updates - please, if possible, update to 1.19.2.
