Better Desert Temples for 1.19! (Fabric & Forge)

Changes/Additions:
- Added new custom advancements!
- /locate now points to the center of the temple
- Added separate structure tag for structures that apply mining fatigue
- Improved possible biomes Better Desert Temple can spawn in. Should provide better compatibility with worldgen mods
- Fixed Better Desert Temples not properly avoiding villages, oceans, & rivers when checking for valid spawn conditions
Requires YUNG's API v3.4.1.
