Better Strongholds & Better Dungeons for 1.19!

- End portal frame now randomly spawns with some eyes filled in, same rate as vanilla!
- Integrated all vanilla stronghold loot tables! Should drastically improve mod compat.
- /locate command and Ender Eyes now point to the center of the stronghold
- Fixed pieces with mob spawners having lanterns or torches nearby to account for 1.18 mob spawning rules
- All piece setting config options are now part of the template JSONs, and can be changed via data pack
- minY, maxY, and all other placement-related settings have been moved into the structure_set JSON, and can be changed via data pack
- Strongholds now spawn in a bunch of modded biomes
- /locate vanilla stronghold translate key will now default to English instead of the lang key
Better Dungeons changelog:
- Banner and achievement translate keys now default to English, so players no longer need the mod installed on client to see proper names!
- Moved all minY/maxY config options into structure JSON, can be changed via data pack
- Removed soul lanterns from having a chance to spawn in small dungeons since they prevent mobs from spawning
- /locate command now points to more proper locations for all dungeons
- Fixed skeleton spawners in zombie dungeons not spawning skeletons w/ swords for the first few spawns
Also included a new version of Better Mineshafts that will work with the latest required YUNG's API.
