I put off working on this to wait for my new glasses, which do a little bit to help with the blind spot in my right eye. I can see better, tire less, especially when I use a magnifying glass (which is whenever I paint these days). Unfortunately, as my right eye now insists on taking charge of my eyesight again, that means the blind spot is always extremely prominent (as opposed to when my weaker but non-blind-spotted left eye tries to take charge). That makes reading even harder than it was. :/ Well. It seems I'll have to get used to this now.
Watching football, by the way, is an absolutely absurd thing, as my right eye cleanly and completely erases every player's right leg when I look at them in the wide shots. They all run around one-legged. O_o That's just as weird as the guy walking an empty leash I saw the other day...

The colors in this work are coming out so beautifully! Love it, even though Song of Ice and Fire is not really my thing... not yet. I'm sorry that you're still having trouble with your eye; hope the new glasses help as much as possible.
