In my headcanon, just as he avoids to call Han "father" and instead refers to him as "Han Solo", Kylo Ren refuses to even think of Chewie as Chewbacca, instead using the multitude of names bestowed on him by Threepio and Leia, from "Hairy beast" to "Walking carpet".
He wouldn't say "Fuzzball" though. That was Han's.
