Update on roach Bob
Added 2025-05-14 19:21:58 +0000 UTCWe officially have a male and female Bob of the emerald roaches! Maybe some babies soon? Also sorry for the dirty glass of the terrarium, it is impossible for me to clean it without disturbing the Bobs, they are always there.

2025-05-14 20:50:16 +0000 UTCWoah! That's a lot of dimorphism! Cool! I'm more used to the big-ass roaches around here. I'm not sure if they're the same species as the Palmetto bugs in TX, but the NC ones are still frikken huge and since they're endemic, they're 100% going to get in the house sometimes. The males are smaller and rounder than the longer females, but it's not to this extent and the wings are pretty much the same for both. Also, my cats seem to think both sexes make excellent toys.
