April 2022 Compilation [Download]
Added 2022-05-13 14:10:01 +0000 UTCApril was another month with not that many drawings, I ended up spending most of my focus on the animation course and the 3D model [It's a bit embarrassing to admit how such simple looking bouncing ball animations took me so long;; but oh well.. gotta start somewhere!]
This month there's a lot of doodles and a few animation/3D notes. I was really happy about the Lapis Lazuli sketch that's a little sequence with the water tentacle... thingy haha.
There's also a few pics showing the process for a little Vorosk [fantroll] drawing.
And I wanted to revisit the characters from February, the pink & yellow demon gal and the green space gal. There were 2 other characters I tried to make back then and wasn't happy with: a water themed gal and another demon lady. I still need to come up with outfits for them but at least I'm now happy with their looks! Still not sure which version I like best for the demon gal with big long hair.

Hahaha Yesss <3 I'm glad she was recognizable even without colors! I'm glad you liked those, she is always fun to draw, not too difficult, and her powers can be fun to play with! Ahh thank you for commenting on those variations! yeah I am also pretty stuck haha. We're pretty similar then, my favorites are 1, 6 and 9! And then the colors for 2 and 7 really pull me as well but maybe for a different character?? hmm.. haha ! I didn't know about Outlaw Star >> but after watching some clips it's going on my to-watch list! I think I see what you mean as well! I want this group of characters to have a 90s anime vibe, but also after seeing the ladies of the main cast... I must admit this girl kinda looks like a combination of all 3, doesn't she!? wow Ahh.. now that you mention it I think I haven't! 2022-05-20 23:32:02 +0000 UTCI downloaded the zip before I read your notes here, so I was like, "Is that Lapis?" And it is! Love it. The character, scene, etc. <3 I was looking at the different variations you did for the demon girl, and man, those are some tough choices. Which...I mean, sounds like you're in the same boat. XD I think 1 and 6 are my most favorite, but then I'm a sucker for those color schemes, so that's probably just me. >_>;; 04-27a4 reminds me of...something...I feel like uh...man, there are other characters that more closely resemble them, but for some reason I get Melfina from Outlaw Star vibes (not like, appearance similarity, just vibes?) but I dunno. Super cute either way. ^^ I dig the Vorosk pics as well. Did you tell us much about them yet, or just some pics here and there?
