Added 2022-03-11 22:25:37 +0000 UTCHello!! I hope you guys are doing well! It's a bit late but finally I'm here with this month's uptade and Tier 2 compilation files!
Sadly I didn't advance much during February. I worked on the Tekki model a lot, doing and redoing the retopology, but I didn't exactly make a lot of progress and I'm still stuck in the same stage. Same with the animation course, I only advanced veery little.
But I feel like I'm getting closer to finishing the retopology of the body, [at least to where I can start testing how well it moves.] I've learned a lot through this and I think I have a much better idea on how I want to approach some of the more difficult areas [Nsfw bits especially]. I still struggle to keep the topology from getting too dense, but if at least the body in general isn't too dense I'm happy.
It's kind of embarrassing how many and how similar they are, but I thought I'd share some of the retopology attempts!
The pink ones are the first ones I made. I kept hitting roadblocks with the nose, ears and pussy so I just went back to the sculpt and made a few changes. [there's before & after pics of the troublesome areas]
There's more pics besides the ones I'm showing here, but I thought it would be best to let you guys download them all at once in a zip file! [34 total]

I really hope I'll eventually get to the point where I gain some speed and experience so I can share stuff like this in a more entertaining format, like short, edited time-lapse videos! ;v; that would be the dream...!!

Like another spot I found a bit difficult was the laugh line [since the mouth is so wide] But yeah I'm so glad it seems like it was a good idea to add the retopology attempts haha
