Both particiapants find themselves in this room, a dildo-like thing put in their mouth. If they open the mouth it will fall out. A key is tied to the male's scrotum. The woman is wearing a chastity belt and feels another key like object inside her. 3 locked hatches in the back. added an all female variant, where one woman has a key attached to a nipple chain.
