I think that is only for the higher tiers. Visitor is still just news and no link. I am pretty sure that is on purpose, and I'm fine with that, but when you said all tiers I got confused.

My bad.] Edit: I'm not upset or complaining, I just want to know if I am too dumb to find it. Normally there's no link or anything under the membership description for visitor tier and that still is the case.
