I am confused... does anyone of you understand this?

Hi,
by now I am quite used to getting fewer views than before. Yet, recently, I am more and more confused how some videos are more successful than others.
Case in point are these 3 videos, I suspected the Firefly doing pretty well, around 80-100K and the Pz IV vs T-34 doing at least 100K both did around 60K, meanwhile I would have assumed the bunker video to get 100K at best, yet it got 167K.
Does anyone of you have an idea?
Cheers,
Bernhard
PS: Above a "red question marks" means the video performed worse than I thought and "green question marks" means performed better than expected.
I am very behind on your lists. I enjoy the videos a lot when I watch them but I need to focus. This applies to other videos of " dense information" so I don't watch when tired or such.
I do like the tank content. In fact it is one of my favourite and I seldom watch other "tank channels" except for the chieftain which is also long time I don't watch

Lots of great points above. The numbers bear out my own experience: I watched the bunker video but haven't yet watched the other two. Oversaturation in tank content is likely a big reason for some viewers, but I don't know if that explains the larger question. I.e. among your patrons, tank video oversaturation is probably a big factor, but among YT viewers at large, it may be a much smaller factor. I think that those issues may be interconnected in that your graphics are a unique element of the channel, and the bunker video title screen very clearly establishes itself as part of your unique style. I hope that helps somewhat, though I have no data to back up my thoughts.
The topics that most interest me right now are drones and artillery, mostly because my interest in history flows from a desire to predict the near future. I suspect that making videos for my demographic is not an economically rewarding venture, so please don't take that as advice.
