Drum Machine 101 - The Book (July Update)

A new chapter of the Drum Machine 101 book, fresh from the press ;) This time we tackle tempo multipliers, also known as pattern scale, division or speed. We're slowly working our way towards more complex chapters and this one is an essential requirement for other advanced techniques. And it's also directly related to our next video - more about that soon :)
Oh and we've also added a table of contents, the book is steadily growing and soon this will come in handy ;)
If anything should be unclear, if you find an error or you feel like something is missing just drop us a line - either here in the comments or via PM. Any feedback is welcome!
