An excellent example of how you can get the most out of a 16 step pattern by strategically muting and unmuting groups of instruments and occasionally changing the Closed Hat decay. This is a really fun technique to create a lot of variations. For the sound example we went through the entire song (including the parts where the drums are silent) so you can hear them all.
This is another drum pattern we transcribed for the new video which is finally coming along nicely :) It should be finished soon!
