Our pause in January 2019

First of all: Thank you very much for your positive feedback! It was a hard step for us because we know that you all could also be annoyed by this break ^^" But you aren't (gladly!). Peeew! There we have the best community we can wish for <3 Thank you all for being so amazing and supportive!

As mentioned in the video there are plenty reasons why we have to do the pause and we're sorry. But I don't want to discuss this in this post - I want to answer your questions about the pause and what will happen next!

How does a pause on Patreon work?

As creator we have the chance to pause for one month. This means you (as supporter) don't get charged on the 1. January 2019. BUT if you join during January you will get charged because of our Pay-up-front! The monthly charges will start normally again at the first of february.

What is with the rewarded drawings from Rosvo from december?

The missing drawings will be posted in January 2019 but also you will get an E-Mail or message via Patreon with the Dropbox link - so you don't have to stay our Patron for January and you don't have to be on Patreon if you don't want to.

What should I do if I get charged in January?

We hope that will not happen because that would be the worst case scenario. But if there are any problems feel free to contact us directly via PM or via Discord.

I joined in January 2019 but got charged?

This is on purpose! You still can see our content from October, November and December 2018. It would be unfair if this content would be all for free! We recommend you to join in february 2019. If you want a set from October 2018 then we would recommend you to wait until it is in our Gumroad Shop.
