This week I put out three new scene tests to the testing group (the last one just a couple hours ago). Those guys told me to sex it up, so that's what I've been doing.
Test 1 changed one long sex scene in the previous version to three different short ones
Test 2 was non-sexy but good, (a scene for Elite social class Kate where, in her teens, she discovers her grandmother was a secret agent in World War II)
Test 3 added an ENF ("Embarrassed Nude Female") scene, a hookup sex scene, and a girl/girl makeout between the heroine and her best friend.

Honestly: tester feedback has been kind of mixed. I'll wait for more feedback on Test 3, but personally, I'm kind of torn. What I'm adding in is definitely making the Lifepath sexier, but I'm concerned that I'm adding in too much detail and it's dragging the overall pace.
I might just be frazzled from working on this non-stop for weeks without taking a day off 🤪 I'm going to grab a pen and paper and figure out if I can streamline the design. I just want to get this done and out to you. 🦀 ❤️🔥

I think this is unfair. Crush never claimed to be a fully professional well-oiled business enterprise. And it is not as if fully professional companies never overpromise. And with those, you have paid the full price, usually. If you think it is going to slowly, pause your contribution. Maybe for a while, maybe for longer. I don't think it is like Rufkins book or the Game of Thrones novels. ^^

It's not like crush was ever fast with his updates we were already used to waiting 3 months to half a year for a update but over a year is just ridiculous. It's the same situation as with my favourite fantasy trilogy the king killer trilogy we fans waiting now over 10 years for the third book. At some point even a bad end of the trilogy would be better than no end at all. I doubt that i will ever read the last book and I also doubt that I will ever see a finished version of this game. Which is sad because I like both...

Bro you work on this single update for months and at this point even years, if we put aside the unfinished beta version which was your last official update. I don't care if some testers have mixed responses, you'll never make everyone happy but I swear to God I will quit this abo if I don't see a version in the next 3 months, I just have enough of this shit... You may say I don't care, just quit, your'e just one guy and youre right, but I'm rather sure many people are as unsatisfied as i'am. Because your testers get at least to see something they see you make progress, we haven't seen anything for over a fucking year by now...

If at any point you wonder "Should I put an ENF scene here" the answer is always YES, there should be an ENF scene literally every time Kate makes a bad decision with insufficient skill or misses a dice check, like, she decides to go naked under her graduation gown and the dice lands on a 1 then BAM, naked in front of the whole auditorium, first day on the job at the agency and wants to make a good first impression? A bad turn of the dice then for some reason both her skirt and blouse somehow get stuck on the copy machine. I'm only slightly joking.
