Super quick update

I've very nearly finished the test of the random bar encounters, and will release it to Operators+ either tomorrow or Thursday for testing and feedback. I'll also write up a proper dev report.
That's it, I'm gonna get straight back to work, just wanted to let everybody know I'm alive and something cool is about to drop! Full report Soon™.
