[Ep 1.19] Beat sheet beat
Added 2023-04-24 08:22:19 +0000 UTCGood morning guys! Last week I finished the beat sheet for the whole episode. It came out at 38 pages long, which I think is gonna make for a big episode!
I shared it with some contributors and got some really good feedback so far. It's highlighted a couple of areas that will need a little bit of extra work, and suggested a few cool ways to improve some of the planned scenes. (Thanks to mano2, thorson, XG, SolidFocus702, Khal and The Lost Engineer for input on this.)
I also built some new code to test out a new gameplay feature. I think it will make the bar shifts more interesting if the customer encounters aren't all scripted, and the heroine can experience a few random encounters on the nights she's working.
I built some code that selects from a pool of encounters (and can choose encounters based on her traits, like nationality or bra size), and successfully transitions from the scripted session, to the random encounter, then back to the next point in the script.
Today I'm going to write some example encounters, and we'll get a test of the system out to Operators as Soon™ as possible for feedback. I feel like this could be a really cool feature, but the only way to find out is to experience it and see if it works or if it falls flat.

Verrry nearly finished on the playable test of the random encounters. I'll publish a report and release the test beta (to Operators+) very very SoonTM

2023-04-30 11:17:56 +0000 UTCFor bar shifts it would be nice if she was "forced" to wear some outfits, to ease her into going nude at the club. For example an "inverted day", where she can wear a bra but no panties, or a day with a skimpy skirt but no underwear whatsoever. Even some "cosplay" days in which she wears lewd costumes. And the clothes could also be impacted by her traits, like being an exhibitionist she would wear a skimpier costume than normal, or a masochist something including latex... Stuff to spice the bar shifts even more.
