Sprint 005 dev test
Added 2020-01-16 23:38:09 +0000 UTCHey Operator+! Thanks for supporting Female Agent. Here's a dev test of the scene I've been working on for the last nine days or so.
It's the Max scene. I was hoping to prototype the whole scene in this sprint, but it only has part of the "bed" path – which stops right before the actual sex. The "balcony" path isn't implemented at all.
Ordinarily I'd feel like this weren't enough content to justify a dev test version – but part of the new 2-week sprint discipline is getting work out to the community whenever possible. So here it is.
Hopefully, getting smaller dev tests out more frequently will give you guys more influence over work in progress, and also will help me make better decisions via more frequent access to your insights and feedback.
Changes from the previous version:
- The scene starts earlier. The first scene is a reflection, where you can manually set Carla's attitude to the date (instead of the game trying to figure that out under the hood).
- Overall restructure and streamlining of decision points: some were added, some were cut. This came out of a new writing technique I experimented with this week (and will write more about tomorrow – what do you think of the pacing now? Better/worse?
- New inline notificatons in the passage body, to cut down on popup spam

That was a big improvement and so far more or less what I'd look for in the scene - but hard to draw any final conclusions until the rest of the framework is done.

It's the third book in the series but it should be fine to skip to it. I recommend it because it features a character who is an Israeli Mossad agent who's directive is to seduce targets, cultivate relationships, and sleep with them for intelligence purposes. It's very sexy and might inspire you for future content. She also makes another appearance in Book 4.

2020-01-17 02:35:45 +0000 UTCYou may feel frustrated with the speed of your progress but from where I stand this is already a *vast* improvement over what was previously released. If you continue Sprinting and finishing things up at this pace, not just polishing them, then that will be very good for the project. I like what I see so far.
