Wardrobe Malfunction day 10
Added 2019-05-20 16:56:11 +0000 UTCThe Wardrobe Malfunction is a special project. We're concentrating on uploading HD avatar clothes into the game, which takes longer than we thought it would and is required before we can release the next version.
I added 1 outfit today. This was more work than it seems to be, because I needed to do lots of work on the shirt (to convert it from the age 16 body to the age 18 body) and the tights (to create a workaround in Illustrator that enabled me to use the pathfinder on a mesh object).
I have a bit of a thing for girls in stockings or tights so I'm quite pleased with the new look, which uses gradients, meshes and highlights to create a shiny, sheer look.
This new outfit is the template for five others. I was hoping to get them all completed today, but I've run out of time and will hit them on the next Wardrobe Malfunction day, which is Wednesday.

2019-05-22 23:29:32 +0000 UTCDefinitely :-) one of the main reasons we upgraded to the HD avatar is so we can create more intricate and complex clothes of all kinds. In my vision for the complete game, dressing up and styling the avatar is core gameplay.
