Thursday sprint report

Sprint target: polish 1.4 Beta then release 1.4
Days worked: 7/20 | Pomodoros logged: 56
Task points completed: 44/168

Today I finished working on the agent's "first boyfriend" tables, making the available options a bit less generic and more tailored to her individual Lifepath (also, by popular demand, I restored the "big sister's ex-boyfriend" option).

I also took care of a few minor tasks: I fixed a problem with the "valedictorian" link continuing for non-valedictorians; reverted Rock Chick agent's hair to her natural colour during her gap year overseas; and uploaded an alternative outfit for Rock Chicks to wear to rock clubs (since the pentagram dress was a bit overused in her case).  For this outfit, I added a small tweak: agents who are Exhibitionists or Promiscuous wear stockings with the short skirt, others wear tights/pantyhose.

I started work on making sure the agent wears makeup consistently through the Lifepath where appropriate, but didn't finish this.  I did make the teenage agent's makeup choices a little less garish and more attractive.

I'll get back onto it on the next dev day, which is Saturday.

No she can't, but that's a good idea, I'll try to include it.

Crushstation

Interesting, thanks! Do you know if it's the same in NZ?

Crushstation

We do have the same kind of thing in Aus, known as Dux. There are Dux Litterarum (Only one that matters), Dux Artium (Pointless) and Dux Ludorum (Bragging rights only) representing the three main achievements in academics, arts and sports respectively. Most places won't bother with the titles and only have the one Dux.

Mordschlag

Can a non-Alpha Female become Valedictorian if their grades are good enough? I like the idea of my shy, working class bookworm fighting her way up to Valedictorian.

Alliterative Acolyte

They only have them in America and Canada. In the game, becoming Valedictorian is one of the ways that an Alpha Female can express her competitive nature. (The others are becoming Class President and becoming Prom Queen.)

Crushstation

The student that delivers the closing statement at the graduation ceremony. Usually the student with the highest grades.

Infinite

Sorry for the question, but what is "Valedictorian" anyway?
