Today was the first sprint! I did nine pomodoros today.
Although I didn't get any task points completed today, I tried to work strategically. Lots of the remaining tasks in this sprint are artwork-related; in fact, one of the most time-consuming development tasks in general is producing multiple versions of each top and dress (to cater for the different bra sizes).
Previously we've hand-drawn every item, but today I experimented with a feature in Illustrator called the Mesh Tool, with the aim of creating a set of standard avatar clothing templates that will automatically deform the clothes around all six available bra sizes.
My experiments seemed to work pretty well, so I've now asked Victoria to complete this task (since she's a much better artist than me!). I moved 30 points worth of tasks into the "Working On It" column in Trello, and have now freed myself up to work on different things.
I have meetings in my real job tomorrow, so the next sprint day will be Saturday.
