Headless Horseman is of course from The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad from 1949 by Disney. Ichabod Crane meeting the Headless Horseman is something that got stuck to my head when I was really young. Such a good atmosphere, animation and music. Every one should watch the short.
The boss would be really fast and throws exploding pumpkin heads at you and slashes you.
