Help With Educational Decree 103!
Added 2024-07-10 23:17:15 +0000 UTCI am so close to finishing all 136 educational decrees! I only have a handful left to do - including THE DREADED number 103! Lol. This is basically the only official one we don't know what it says, exactly. I am fully prepared to just make up something similar, but thought you all might have some insight. As far as we know, it is ONLY displayed in the WB studio tour in Japan. I've circled it in the image, and also provided some zoomed in ones for reference.
As far as I can tell, I think it starts with "The Inquisitorial Squad is expected to carry out...." But everything after that is a mystery. The third line looks like it starts with "in" and the next word might start with a p? Give me your best guess, translation, or if you have access to a better image or if you can/have gone to the studio tour in Japan, help!

I'm going with this until we find out anything more: The Inquisitorial Squad are entitled to carry out on the spot searches on students suspected of affiliation with Dumbledore's Army
