Hello! I'm sorry, I'm not sure what Mar is. The files here are usually pretty big. Are you on a mobile device? If so, I suggest using a computer.

2025-01-03 13:42:05 +0000 UTCThere is currently no other format. The PDF is such a big file size, I had to zip it in order to get it uploaded. You should be able to open it with no problems on Windows. How are you trying to open it specifically?
