Slight Modifications to Tiers

I've simply decided to do away with the $1 tier. It will just be one less thing I need to worry about each month and simplify my life that much more.
Otherwise I will start to post all my full-sized images on DA rather than the 2/3 scale ones I have been doing up to this point, so in essence everything that used to be in the $1 tier will be free to the general public/my followers on DA.
