If you still have not managed to open the menu, you can try opening the file called "SelectionMenu.ini" and change the "y" in "key = y" beneath the first section called [KeyMenuOpen] to a different key and try again after saving the file and pressing F10 in game. And if you still can't get it to work, I can try helping you in dm's if you want
