From The Vault: Elspeth Tirel

I started this painting in May 2021 but never shared a completed picture. You may have seen me working on it on picarto or the timelapse video I posted here last year.

Wanted to try a textured "oil paint" style, had some mixed results. Was pretty happy with some parts, but I got hung up on her face and couldn't fix it in a way I was satisfied with, so I put her in cold storage until a later date when I could fix what ailed her.

Decided to dust her off today and take another crack at improving her face with small adjustments. Without repainting anything major, I was able to tweak her enough to be worth the mana:
