Modeling One of My Favorite Bermuda Scarves
Added 2024-11-10 14:09:16 +0000 UTCAs my friends and fans here on Patreon already know, Peter and I have spent lots of time in Bermuda and we both love the island and the Bermudian people very much.
Over the years I have accumulated some very unique scarves from some of the retailers on Front Street, many of which have sadly disappeared. I own several scarves from Trimingham's, which was very much like the Macys or Nordstrom of Bermuda where a man could buy a Saville Row quality suit or a woman could shop for a beautiful gown to wear to an event. The blue scarf I am wearing in our video "Revenge of the Nerd" is from Triminghams and is very much a favorite of both Peter and I.
Another retailer was called "Smiths" and what I loved was they would often feature scarves that were created by artists on the island and this orange one is one of those. I think I actually own this exact same pattern in multiple colors.
I've posted several sets of these photos of my trying on multiple scarves was from the filming of a custom video and our fan who ordered it wanted me to (at the end) get into the bathtub fully clothed and still wearing a scarf. I haven't ever released it but if it sounds interesting to you I could probably find it. There is lots of conversation between Peter and I about each scarf I was trying on and how much I loved some of my favorites.
