Who Ordered The Fresh Cream Cumbo?

Is she part elf? Part goblin? Perhaps even part gnome?
I'm still deciding on her colors, for now here's a simple flat color treatment but I'd like to give this a full render once I'm sure about her skin and hair colors.
I could see her having green or purple skin, maybe even red or pink? Or she could have human skin but some more colorful hair?
